We all know vacations are good for our mental health, but research shows just how many vacations working women need a year to not be stressed and depressed.  A travel content creator named Sera issued a crucial warning to women on how to actually take care of their minds, bodies, and hearts while working full-time: “Do not skip vacations.” She referenced research that maintains that taking a vacation is more than a fun way to spend free time; it’s crucial to our physical and mental health.  That’s not just lip service anymore, either. According to the largest study on women in corporate America, women are experiencing burnout at much higher rates than men, and the gap is widening. Women who take 3 to 4 vacations a year are less likely to be stressed or depressed. Netflix has begun production on Long Vacation, a new Korean romance series from Lee Jung-hyo, the director behind the global mega-hit Crash Landing on You, and writer Jung Hyun-jung, one of Korea’s most prolific romance scribes. The streamer shared a few images on Wednesday from the show’s first day of table reads in Seoul (above and below).  The project unites two of Korea’s fastest-rising young stars. Choo Young-woo, who won the Baeksang Award for best new actor last year thanks to recent hits like The Tale of Lady Ok, The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call and Head Over Heels, stars in Long Vacation as Demon 3375, a powerful being who has lived for centuries without understanding love. Spring is already turning out to be a particularly fulfilling time for Joanna and Chip Gaines, who spent spring break at their newly-transformed Colorado mountain home. Joanna, 47, took to Instagram to document the family’s quick getaway with Chip, 51, and their kids. The couple share five children, with their two oldest, son Drake, 21, and daughter Ella, 19, now off at college. Their youngest three, Duke, 17, Emmie, 16, and Crew, seven, still live at home in Waco, Texas.
