Pork chops with beetroot, apples, caraway and paprika recipe

Put 500g cooked beetroot (quartered), 2 medium-sized dessert apples (cored and chopped into 12 wedges), 2 sliced onions, 3 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp cider vinegar, 1½ tbsp soft light-brown sugar, 3 tsp paprika and ¼ tsp chilli flakes into a gratin dish or a roasting tin in which the beets and apples can lie in a single layer. Toss everything around with your hands, season and roast in the oven for 10 minutes. Source link
