There was reason to celebrate in the Osbourne family this week as one member rang in a milestone birthday. Kelly Osbourne took to social media to celebrate her nephew Elijah turning 18, and fans showed plenty of love for the photos. In one standout snap, Kelly was beaming alongside the handsome teen, who rocked a white Prada T-shirt and a sly smile.
