Jim Curtis has opened up about his relationship with Jennifer Aniston and the every day routine he follows when he is with the star in Los Angeles. In a new interview with The Times, the author shared that he likes to wake up at 7am and do sit-ups in bed. If Jim is based in Los Angeles, he’ll make sure to feed Jennifer’s three dogs, Clyde, Sophie and Lord Chesterfield, and make coffee. His breakfast consists of a hard-boiled egg or some fruit, followed by meditation and journalling. Jim splits his time between Jennifer’s $21 million home in Bel Air and his apartment in New York. “We take real responsibility to go within and understand and soothe ourselves,” Jim said of his and Jennifer’s shared spirituality. ” So we meditate together.
