Melania Trump’s carefully considered state visit fashion that kept the US ‘on top’

When it comes to fashionable First Ladies, no list is complete without Melania Trump. Closely associated with fashion, the former model turns appearances into runway moments, and this past week was no exception. Her impeccable sense of style was on full display across four outfits during King Charles and Queen Camilla’s state visit to the United States. And each look involved planning. “The First Lady’s training and background as it relates to fashion, architecture and design as well, really came through over the course of this week’s state visit,” a source tells HELLO!. “Her refined and elegant sense of style and design permeated through every moment of the state visit, and it always keeps our nation, America, on top of the global stage, and everything is considered and planned for months and months.” State visit fashion The British royals’ visit commenced on Monday, April 27.  The First Lady greeted her guests, alongside her husband, President Donald Trump, at the White House, wearing a buttercream double-breasted wool crepe suit by American designer Adam Lippes, paired with …

Like clockwork, ruby-throated hummingbirds (Archilochus colubris) start showing up at wildlife hospitals throughout the eastern United States every spring. The jewel-toned birds are often brought in after crashing into windows or being attacked by domestic cats.  But when an animal measures just a few inches from beak to tail and weighs about as much as a penny, even basic veterinary care is a challenge. Traditional hands-on exams and imaging tools meant for larger animals often aren’t sensitive enough to detect bone fractures in these diminutive creatures. Micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) scanning offers a promising solution to this problem, according to a new study recently published in the journal Animals. A team of researchers at Louisiana State University (LSU) put several commonly used imaging techniques to the test and determined that three-dimensional images created from micro-CT scans are the most useful for detecting fractured bones in these petite patients. Meghan Markle’s UK return would need to be carefully curated | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

Meghan Markle’s potential return to the UK would have to be carefully curated and monitored if Prince Harry’s security request gets approved, according to royal commentator Jennie Bond. The Duke of Sussex has reportedly won his battle for armed police protection when he is in the UK , after asking Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood for a review in September. Sources close to the Home Office claim the security detail will now be granted. Harry had previously stated it was “impossible” to bring the Duchess of Sussex and his two children to the UK without a security detail, but with that set to change, questions surrounding Meghan’s return to the UK have been raised. The Duchess of Sussex has not visited the UK since the late Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in 2022, and former BBC royal commentator Jennie Bond has claimed any return for Meghan “would need to be carefully curated and monitored.” Bond suggests Meghan may face verbal backlash in UK Bond added: “She may not be in the same physical danger, but she’s more …

Decode or Be Deceived: Read What Authorities Say Carefully

Here at Mind Matters News, a number of us have  described how Internet search engines and AI chatbots can be very wrong or outright deceptive. We’ve also described how human-sourced information on the internet can be incomplete and erroneous or even outright propaganda. The public is told that AI systems are super smart and have the world’s info at their electronic beck and call. At the same time, it is humans and human organizations who claim professional expertise and so deliver their “truth” via media and Internet. When we wonder about the accuracy of their information, we’re told to “get critical thinking skills.”  Okay, let’s do that. On September 5, 2025, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Secretary of Health and Human Services, referred to a forthcoming report revealing a potential link between women taking acetaminophen during pregnancy and autism in their children.  Image Credit: Dragana Gordic – Adobe Stock Almost immediately, CBS News reached out to various sources for comment and critique of this potential acetaminophen‒autism link. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) gave …
