Apple’s iOS 26.4 update won’t be available to all iPhone users until March 25, but the release notes include a welcome change. Venezuela on Tuesday started freeing jailed Americans, said a US official, who hailed the move by the country’s interim leadership following Washington’s ouster of ex-president Nicolas Maduro.
