CNN anchor Erin Burnett shared a breaking alert with viewers today, in a humiliating blow to US President Donald Trump, as China has been “mocking” him with videos and memes amid the ongoing Iran conflict. An AI video from Iran’s embassy in China has been going viral, with the Beijing government’s strict censors allowing videos depicting Trump as “evil” and “dishonest” to spread online. One video of animated American eagles mocking a US-hosted security summit showed how Trump is “putting other countries into a cage”. “Relax, sometimes security comes with a little control,” an eagle in a suit tells the rest of the room. CNN journalist Will Ripley, who is based in Taiwan, said: “As the war escalates, so does the trolling. President Trump’s prayer circle with religious leaders have been flooding social media.
