Legendary British actress Dame Joan Collins celebrated her 24th wedding anniversary with her husband, Percy Gibson, 60, in a touching tribute to the producer on social media.  The 92-year-old shared a photo of the pair taken at her son Alexander Newley’s wedding in 2025, which saw Joan in a blue dress that fell to her knees with a matching cape thrown over her shoulders.  She added a large blue hat and wore bold pink lipstick to complete the look, while Percy stood by her side in a black suit with a beige tie. “24 years of #weddedbliss,” Joan wrote in the caption. “Thank you darling Percy for making my life so wonderful (and he says #ditto).”  © InstagramJoan shared a sweet tribute to Percy on their wedding anniversary Joan’s friends and fans alike took to the comment section to share the love, with Elizabeth Hurley writing: “Congrats,” along with several heart emojis, while another supporter added: “Amazing…congratulations!!! Joan Mitchell Foundation Names 31 Artists for Residency in New Orleans

The New York–based Joan Mitchell Foundation has named the 31 artists who will participate in its 2026 residency program. Taking place at the Joan Mitchell Center in New Orleans, the residents will participate in either six-week or 14-week residencies during three seasons (spring, summer, fall) this year, with no more than nine residents being on hand at one time. The first residents will arrive on February 2. The foundation’s residency program is unique in that it not only brings artists from across the United States to a locale but also engages a number of local artists. Within the 2026 cohort, 17 artists are based in New Orleans, while the remaining will travel from cities like New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, and Atlanta. Richard Branson has shared an update on his shoulder injury after being photographed in a sling.  The Virgin founder was photographed in a sling on Tuesday in photos from Necker Island, where he travelled at the start of the year to hold a memorial for his late wife Joan, who sadly died at the age of 80 in November.  Now Richard, 75, who previously shared he’d hurt his shoulder when he came “off his bike in India”  has shared a new photo of himself in his home gym and, giving an update on his shoulder, penned: “New Year workouts: Good arm is growing – but bad arm is shrinking! A statue of Joan of Arc in Paris’s 8th arrondissement is missing a sword after a man broke it off and swiped it for reasons not yet known. As reported by Le Parisien, the incident occurred on Monday morning, when the man approached the monument—with Joan of Arc dramatically riding a horse in mid-gallop—and committed a crime captured by a security camera. Karen Taïeb, the deputy mayor of Paris in charge of heritage, said of the CCTV footage: “We see the man violently shaking the horse, before climbing the statue and breaking the sword with a sharp blow, using his bare hands.” The sword broke into “a few pieces” and was recovered when the man was apprehended by police shortly after on a street nearby. Authorities have not described any known motive behind the act. Taïeb said an assessment of the sword would be carried out to see if it can be repaired; if not, it will be reproduced and returned to its heroic pose. “In any case, Joan of Arc will get her sword back,” …
