Apple is unlikely to add a 200-megapixel telephoto camera to the iPhone before 2028, despite having already tested such a sensor in prototypes, according to leaker Digital Chat Station. In a post today shared on China’s Weibo social platform, the leaker said Apple has evaluated a 200-megapixel sensor for a periscope-type camera, but adoption remains at least a couple of years away. The leaker did not give a reason for the time frame, but they have previously referred to Apple’s continuing focus on improving optical flexibility and low-light performance, rather than a jump in raw resolution. This year’s iPhone 18 Pro is expected to feature a 48-megapixel main camera with a variable aperture, alongside a 48-megapixel telephoto camera featuring a longer focal length and a larger aperture. Digital Chat Station’s latest post reflects a shift in position. In March, they said a 200-megapixel sensor could potentially ship in an iPhone as soon as next year, but the supply chain evidence no longer appears to support this claim. March 26 : Ligue 1 leaders Paris St Germain’s visit to second-placed Lens, set for April 11, has been postponed to May 13 to allow them more time to prepare for their Champions League quarter-final against Liverpool, the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) said on Thursday. Strasbourg’s visit to Brest, scheduled for April 12, has also been moved to May 13 to help them prepare for their Europa Conference League last-eight clashes with Mainz, the LFP said in a statement. “These decisions are in line with the board of directors’ clear strategic aim of enabling France to retain its fifth place in the UEFA coefficient rankings, which secures four places in the UEFA Champions League,” the LFP said in a statement. PSG, the reigning European champions, host Liverpool three days before the Lens fixture and travel to Anfield for the second leg on April 14. Jean Pigozzi—or Johnny, to his friends—is no stranger to the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. By his count, he’s attended the event at least eight or nine times, not counting the many years he went to the legendary bash as a guest of Graydon Carter when it was just a dinner at Mortons. This year, the man-about-town and central subject of the HBO documentary I Am Curious Johnny was seated next to his old pal Carter at the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party dinner, amongst other compatriots. “The dinner party was fun because I knew nearly everybody. There were 10 of us,” Pigozzi says over the phone. “I was next to Anjelica [Huston], who I’ve known for 100 years. Mick [Jagger] I’ve known for 50 years. Graydon, I’ve known for 30 years. New research suggests that motivation acts less like a volume knob for effort and more like a camera lens that changes how the brain records events. A theoretical framework published in the Annual Review of Psychology proposes that distinct chemical signals in the brain create specific motivational “moods” that determine whether we remember the big picture or focused details. We often assume that being motivated simply means having the energy to pursue a goal. Psychologists have historically categorized this drive by its source, such as an internal desire to learn or an external reward like money. However, these categories do not fully explain the biological mechanisms at play. To bridge this gap, Assistant Professor Jia-Hou Poh of the National University of Singapore and his colleague Professor R.
