Donnie Wahlberg shared a touching tribute to his late mother, Alma Wahlberg, on Wednesday, four years after the matriarch passed away following a lengthy dementia battle.  The Blue Bloods star took to Instagram to share a photo of Alma watching her son perform onstage, with a smile on her face and tears in her eyes.  “Happy Heavenly Birthday, Alma Jean!” he wrote in the caption. “Today, I celebrate you with love in my heart and an overwhelming feeling of gratitude. No tears. Only love, admiration and complete faith that I will see you again. I love you, Mom! Over the holiday weekend, the Ted actor’s wife Rhea Durham shared a glimpse into their family’s celebrations, with a picture featuring their two sons and their youngest daughter. Mark Wahlberg looked dapper as he joined his family in celebrating the confirmation of his youngest daughter, Grace, on March 31. The A-lister was pictured with Grace, his wife, Rhea Durham, a family friend, and a priest, who confirmed the 16-year-old in the Catholic tradition. He wore a gray polo, black trousers and brown shoes for the occasion, and sported a thick beard and mustache. By his side, Grace wore a floor-length white floral dress with a white cardigan over the top, and Rhea stunned in a yellow shift dress that fell above her knees. “Congratulations on your confirmation Grace Margaret Bernadette Wahlberg,” the proud mother wrote on Instagram, alongside several photos from the special day. It’s an extra special, celebratory weekend for Mark Wahlberg and his family. On Saturday, March 21, the Ted actor’s son Michael officially bid farewell to his teenage years, and rang in his 20th trip around the sun. In addition to the birthday boy, the former rapper and his wife Rhea Durham, to whom he’s been married since 2009, are also parents to Ella, 22, Brendan, 17, and Grace, 16. In honor of Michael’s special day, Rhea took to Instagram and shared a sweet family photo featuring her three younger kids and Mark. Michael appears sitting down, sporting a Red Sox cap, and behind him are his mom, dad, younger sister, and younger brother, who is towering over all of them. “20?!?!
