Apple TV has unveiled a new trailer for its new Anna Maxwell Martin-starring alt-history thriller Star City. The sci-fi show, which is set to be released on the streamer on Friday 29 May, is a spin-off of For All Mankind and is once again set in an alternative timeline of the Soviets becoming the first nation to put a man on the moon. But Star City is taking a different approach, exploring the story from behind the Iron Curtain and following the lives of the cosmonauts, the engineers, and the intelligence officers navigating the risks surrounding the Soviet space program. The new tense trailer hints at plenty of twists, turns and danger and gives fans a first look at Martin in action as Lyudmilla Raskova, the head of KGB surveillance in Star City, as well as House of the Dragon’s Rhys Ifans, who’s the Chief Designer for the project. The accounts aren’t hidden. Simple keyword searches for “Epstein” and “Ghislaine Maxwell” revealed more than a dozen different bots dedicated to the late sex trafficker, his accomplice, and the island Epstein owned where many of his crimes against girls and women occurred. And this isn’t the first time journalists have flagged the problem: the Bureau of Investigative Journalism first reported on the existence of Epstein bots on the site back in October 2025. Casey Wasserman’s name has been scrubbed from the agency he founded decades ago, replaced with an amorphous moniker: “The Team.” Monday’s move comes amid the lingering controversy over the sports mogul’s decades-old association with Ghislaine Maxwell, accomplice of the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Following revelations of Wasserman’s salacious 2003 emails with Maxwell, several musicians and athletes — led by pop artist Chappell Roan and soccer star Abby Wambach — said that, to stay true to their values, they would leave the agency then known as Wasserman. Fears of a broad flight of artists and agents prompted Wasserman to announce that he was selling his talent representation and sports marketing firm. Talks with prospective buyers have been ongoing, according to a person close to the agency but not authorized to speak publicly.
