Trevor Milton Is Back And Wants To Produce AI Powered “Fully Autonomous Corporate Jets”

Trevor Milton, founder and former CEO of the now-bankrupt Nikola, is trying to mount a “comeback story”. Through social media, interviews, and bold public claims, Milton once convinced investors that Nikola was on the verge of delivering breakthrough technology with trucks. Now he’s going to attempt the same in the aircraft business, according to a new report from the Wall Street Journal. He has reemerged in the aviation sector through his involvement with SyberJet, a company focused on developing a small business jet known as the SJ30. The aircraft itself is not new; its design dates back decades and has changed hands multiple times through bankruptcies and restructurings. SyberJet acquired the program and has since promoted plans to bring the jet into full-scale production, emphasizing its speed, range, and efficiency relative to competitors in the light jet category. Milton’s involvement has drawn attention because it places him back in a leadership context tied to capital-intensive, technology-driven manufacturing—an environment similar to the one in which he previously operated.  SyberJet’s core asset, the SJ30, is designed to fly …

Man arrested over fatal stabbing at Milton Keynes shopping centre | UK News

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a fatal stabbing at a shopping centre, police have said. Officers were called to reports of a stabbing at Centre:MK in Milton Keynes, at around 5.10pm on Saturday, Thames Valley Police (TVP) said. Despite life-saving efforts, the 52-year-old male victim died at the scene, the force said in a statement on Sunday. The suspect, a 50-year-old man from Towcester, remains in police custody. The coroner has also been informed, but the victim has not yet been formally identified. The victim’s next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained family liaison officers, TVP added. Centre:MK said the complex would be closed on Sunday. “A scene will remain in place while officers carry out enquiries. “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of all those affected. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time,” it said in a statement. Chief Superintendent Emma Baillie, local commander for Milton Keynes, said detectives aren’t looking for anyone else and there was “no known …

‘Charisma is a form of psychosis’: inspiring Eric Clapton, having kids at 70 … the irreverent life of post-punk puppeteer Ted Milton | Music

The big bloke in the khaki suit speaks quietly these days. We are nestled in the corner of Ted Milton’s studio above a rehearsal space in Deptford, London, cocooned by record boxes, poetry books, plus a single big, bright suitcase, and I have to nudge the recorder closer to pick up his voice. Milton – a saxophonist, poet, countercultural survivor and one-time avant garde puppeteer – is 82, and uses a couple of sticks to get around, yet he is once again going on the road across Europe with his long-running band Blurt, as well as releasing a new album with his duo the Odes. Today, he is making record covers destined for the tour merch table with the help of his old woodblock setup. “That orange suitcase?” he points across the desk. “I just bought it.” He booms out a massive laugh, as if to prove he still has the lung power to command a room. “I’m a fetishist about luggage. I know how to survive touring. Haha!” At many gamechanging moments in British …

This is how we do it: ‘Nobody’s enjoyed a night at the Premier Inn Milton Keynes more than us’ | Life and style

Alex, 76 We’re always letting our hands wander under restaurant tables, or on the escalator in the Tube Beth and I met online 20 years ago, emailing back and forth for a good while before our first date – but once we met in person we only waited a few days to have sex. I brought dinner over to her place, but both of us were too distracted to eat. It really surprised me how eager somebody could be to go to bed with me – and how open-minded Beth was sexually. By that point in my 50s, I struggled to maintain an erection naturally but it never diminished her enthusiasm in bed, or mine. For me, orgasming is just one small part of sex; with the right person, just being naked together is pure joy. Growing up with a single mother in the 1950s, I did not learn much about sex at home and I lost my virginity at university to the girl I ended up marrying. My sex life with my first wife was pretty active …
