Odom was arrested early Saturday morning for DUI along with two traffic violations, including one for speeding more than 40mph above the legal limit, according to an arrest record viewed by The Independent. The 46-year-old was taken into custody at the Clark County Detention Center. He is scheduled to appear in court March 17. Odom’s former manager told The Independent she was “not surprised” to learn of his arrest. Odom, from Queens, New York, was drafted fourth overall by the Los Angeles Clippers in 1999. He went on to play 14 seasons in the NBA for the Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat and Dallas Mavericks.
