A teenager has been shot in Huddersfield, with police searching for two masked men who were spotted just before the incident. West Yorkshire Police said it was called to reports of a teenage boy with serious leg injury outside Fartown Library just after 9pm last night (April 8). The victim fled along with his friends, who swiftly called the emergency services. The teenager was taken to hospital. Police said “two masked men were spotted behind trees in a snicket off Richmond Avenue just prior to the firearms discharge”.
