Euphoria’s highly anticipated third season lands on HBO on April 12, four years and countless discourse cycles after its previous chapter aired in 2022. The show’s action- and sex-packed promotional trailers suggest that, in the time since we last checked in with the wayward students of East Highland High, they’ve graduated and gone on to become, presumably, drug traffickers, sex workers, and construction scions. But at the Los Angeles premiere of its third (and rumored final) season last night, it felt like we were witnessing a parallel graduation for the actors who first appeared on the show as Hollywood ingénues way back in 2019.
