*Warning: This article contains spoilers for Outlander season 7 part 2.* The final season of Outlander now has a confirmed release date, with the long-running romantic drama based on Diana Gabaldon’s book series set for an undoubtedly epic conclusion. The seventh season finale blew the doors all the way open for what could transpire. There were reunions, tricky surgery, death and a major cliffhanger relating to Claire (Caitríona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan), harking back to a tragic season 2 storyline. The final episode saw Claire overhear Fanny singing I Do Like to be Beside the Seaside, the same song that Claire sang to her stillborn child Faith in the show’s second season.
