Audrey Beth Davis, the retired entertainment publicist who worked with The Lippin Group, has died. She was 82. Davis died Friday in Pennsylvania from natural causes, where she was surrounded by her family, friends and caregivers, The Lippin Group announced. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, on Oct. 17, 1943, and graduated from Midwood High School in 1960. Before delving into her public relations career, Davis worked for Goodson Todman on The Match Game. In the late ’70s, she joined Stone Associates and partner Dick Lippin brought her on to his new company, Lippin & Grant. Davis continued with the company through its shift to The Lippin Group in 1986, and remained with Lippin until 2008, when she retired as an executive vice president. “Audrey was part of our founding team and when she retired it was a sad day,” Dick Lippin chairman and CEO of the Lippin Group, said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. “She was a wonderful, loving woman and a consummate professional.” Throughout her career in entertainment public relations, …

Before agreeing to participate in the definitive account of Audrey Hepburn, once one of the world’s highest-grossing movie stars, her son Sean Hepburn Ferrer told himself that there were already more than a thousand books about the subject. “Aside from biographies, comic books, cookbooks, fictionalized sketches, and illustrated style guides, there are fashion books with compilations of her many magazine covers and the hats she wore,” says the film producer and philanthropist. Audrey Niffenegger is finally releasing a follow-up to her bestselling novel The Time Traveler’s Wife. The sequel, entitled Life Out of Order, follows violinist Alba DeTamble, the daughter of Henry DeTamble. Like her father, Alba experiences Chrono-Displacement Disorder, which causes her to shift in and out of different times. In a statement, Niffenegger says that her new novel has been an “all-consuming book for me; I will miss living in it, but I am happy to offer it to readers, at last.” Life Out of Order comes out on October 27, over twenty years after the release of The Time Traveler’s Wife. Hulu has acquired the rights to Amy DuBois Barnett’s debut novel If I Ruled the World. Barnett, the former editor-in-chief of Ebony, Teen People, Harper’s Bazaar, and Honey, based her first novel on her experiences as the first Black woman to helm a major magazine in the United States. The Duchess of Sussex’s brand, As Ever, now has a new picture of Meghan gracing part of its website, just days after she announced the launch of new and old favourites for Valentine’s Day. The new black and white image shows the Duchess holding what appears to be a folded, white A4 page on the side, with “As Ever” written on it.
