The time has come for Dutton Ranch to join 1883, 1923, Marshals and The Madison in Yellowstone‘s ever-expanding universe. The spinoff’s first two episodes premiere on Friday, May 15 on both Paramount Network and Paramount+, and while the streaming service recently eliminated its free trial period directly through the site, customers who sign up for one of DirecTV’s signature packages will get three months of Paramount+ Premium included at no cost. This is on top of DirecTV’s five-day free trial. As for watching Paramount Network without traditional cable, the channel is available via live TV streaming services, namely DirecTV (with its aforementioned five-day free trial), Fubo (also with a five-day free trial) and Philo (with a seven-day free trial). The first trailer for new Yellowstone spin-off Dutton Ranch has been unveiled – and it shows Cole Hauser’s Rip Wheeler and Kelly Reilly’s Beth Dutton planning to wage a war for their land. The new series, which will premiere on the Paramount+ on 15 May, will pick up with the beloved couple from the original series as they attempt to build a new life for themselves in South Texas. But, as the new trailer shows, chaos soon erupts when Beth and Rip find themselves at odds with rival ranch owner Beulah Jackson (Annette Bening). In the new footage, Belulah is shown staring the pair down and giving them an ominous warning: “My ranch is 190 years old and I work very hard to protect it.” And it’s not long before she’s plotting their downfall. “Rip and Beth have secrets and people with secrets can be useful. Corruptible even,” she says. Rip soon cottons onto the fact that Beluhah could spell danger. “We need to be careful with this family,” he tells Beth, before the trailer …

The new series, which follows Yellowstone characters Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) and Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) as they attempt to start a new life in Texas, is set to arrive on Paramount+ on May 15. However, Puck News reports that Feehan has already been told he won’t be returning if, as expected, the show is renewed for a second season. Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan ran the original series himself, and he and producer David Glasser were said to be unhappy with Feehan’s handling of the show. Paramount+ has released the trailer for Dutton Ranch, teasing the next Yellowstone TV spinoff to chronicle the Dutton family’s drama. Picking up after the events of Yellowstone, Dutton Ranch follows Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) and her husband Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser), who were last seen moving to a ranch in Dillon, Montana. It now seems as though they didn’t stay there for long. Dutton Ranch is set on a 7,000-acre ranch in South Texas — one with a rival ranch that isn’t very friendly to the new neighbours. Of course, no matter where they go, the Duttons are still the Duttons, which means drama and violence are sure to follow. Dutton Ranch premieres May 15 on Paramount+. Source link

[This story contains spoilers from the second episode of Marshals and the series finale of Yellowstone.] How much of Yellowstone will loom over Marshals? The second episode of the new CBS series starring Luke Grimes gave viewers a good idea of how Marshals plans to walk that line. The sequel-spinoff that premiered March 1 sees Grimes reprising his role as Kayce Dutton, the surviving son to the late Dutton patriarch played by Kevin Costner on the megahit Paramount Network series. Yellowstone was the most popular show on television when it signed off in December 2024. So, when we recently asked showrunner Spencer Hudnut if he will be servicing the fans of Yellowstone or catering to a potentially new audience, he had an easy answer. “It would be really foolish to turn our back on that,” he told The Hollywood Reporter heading into the premiere, citing not only the flagship show’s uber-success but also the richness of the Dutton backstory.
