The disgraced US financier was convicted of soliciting prostitution from a minor and soliciting prostitution in 2008 and served 13 months of his 18-month sentence before being released on July 22, 2009. He then spent a year on probation on house arrest until August 2010. The former Duchess of York, who has now lost her royal title due to her links to Epstein, can be seen asking to meet up with the financier at an office he had set up for a bogus firm while still imprisoned. According to documents within the Epstein files discovered by The Telegraph, Ms Ferguson met the convicted paedophile on two occasions at the Palm Beach office of the fake company he invented to secure work release while in jail.
