Exclusive: Camila Morrone Raced from the Age of Innocence Set to Channel Grace Kelly at the Met Gala 2026

Camila Morrone spent 24 hours in Prague last week, then another 48 in New York, before a day in Los Angeles over the weekend, from where she called in to talk about her 2026 Met Gala look. “It’s been the busiest pre-Met,” she says, “I wouldn’t say it’s been necessarily relaxing, but I like adrenaline and moving fast, so I’m happy.” Morrone has been on a roll since starring in Daisy Jones and the Six in 2023. She spent the last year and half on TV sets, she tells me, filming for The Night Manager, Something Very Bad is Going to Happen, both of which are out on Amazon and Netflix, respectively, and the much-anticipated The Age of Innocence, an adaptation of Edith Wharton’s Gilded Age-set novel from 1920. “I’m feeling really excited,” Morrone says of returning to the Costume Institute Benefit after two years. “I’ve been filming outside of the country, so it’s been a lot time since I’ve done a big carpet where I run into a lot of my friends, so it’s …

Camila Morrone Feared Being Series Lead After ‘Daisy Jones & The Six’

Camila Morrone may be leading Netflix’s new series, Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen, but she admits to having some fear of being at the top of the call sheet after working on Daisy Jones & the Six. In an interview with People magazine, Morrone reflected on working on the Prime Video series at the time which she starred in alongside Keough and Sam Claflin. “I saw Riley Keough and Sam Claflin go through hell on Daisy Jones & the Six,” Morrone said. She recalled “looking at Riley” as the series lead, and how she didn’t “know if she’s going to make it.” “She was withered. She was down,” Morrone said of her former co-star. She described Keough as a “real gangster” for pushing through it all. The 10-episode Prime Video series chronicles the renowned fictional band Daisy Jones & The Six as they find their way to success and instant fame in the 1970s. Keough and Claflin both sing the songs in the show and learned how to play the guitar. The cast also …

[This story contains major spoilers from the season two finale of The Night Manager.] Diego Calva always knew that Teddy Dos Santos’ story could only end one way on The Night Manager. In the long-awaited second season of the BBC/Prime Video spy thriller, Calva was introduced as Jonathan Pine’s (Tom Hiddleston) new antagonist, a young Mexican-Colombian arms dealer who turns out to be the biological son of Pine’s archnemesis Richard Roper (Hugh Laurie). Following the suspicious death of his superior Rex Mayhew (Douglas Hodge), who had been investigating a potential high-level leak within MI6 connected to the shipment of weapons to Colombia, Pine secretly infiltrated Teddy’s criminal enterprise under the alias of Matthew Ellis. In Colombia, Pine crossed paths again with Roxana Bolaños (Camila Morrone), the woman he had tracked down and questioned in the wake of Mayhew’s death. Pine learned that Roxana was a Miami-based shipping broker whose company was owned by Teddy’s organization, and she had willingly participated in a suspicious shipment of machine tools between the U.K. and Colombia. Despite the fact …

Who is Camila Morrone? Meet The Night Manager star playing Roxana Bolaños

The Night Manager season 2 introduces two major new characters for Jonathan Pine (Tom Hiddleston) to spar with, tapping Camila Morrone (Daisy Jones & The Six) and Diego Calva (Babylon) to take on the exciting roles. Morrone plays Roxana Bolaños, a businesswoman and intelligence asset, who becomes entangled in a dangerous undercover mission that places Jonathan deep inside the circle of arms dealer Teddy Dos Santos (Calva).
