I unlocked Developer Mode on my Android TV and made it noticeably more responsive

Android TVs aren’t exactly known for their speed. And as apps pile up and storage fills, even simple tasks like opening a menu or switching apps can start to feel slow. That’s exactly what was happening to me too, so I finally decided to unlock the Developer Options settings on my TV. All it took was a couple of quick changes, and my Android TV felt quicker and more responsive than before. It’s where Android hides some of its fun and experimental settings. The same menu is also present on Android TVs, and much like Android phones, it’s hidden by default. To enable the Developer Options menu on your TV, head to Settings > System > About, then press OK on the Android TV OS Build entry seven times. You’ll then see a message that says “You’re now a developer!” Now, go back to …

12+ iPhone settings you can change to noticeably improve its battery life (iOS 26 and older)

12+ iPhone settings you can change to noticeably improve its battery life (iOS 26 and older)

If you’ve ever been in an area with low or no service, you’ve probably noticed your battery drops quickly. That’s because your iPhone is constantly scanning to locate and connect to a cell tower, and that consumes power.  Cellular data also uses more energy than Wi-Fi, since it has to transmit and receive signals over long distances and maintain connections with distant towers. In short, cellular connections can drain your battery, fast.  If you need to conserve power, switch to Wi-Fi, but be cautious on public networks. How to use Wi-Fi over cellular on iPhone: Open Settings > Wi-Fi and toggle it on, and then join a known network. In Settings > Cellular, toggle off Cellular Data. Optional: In Settings > Cellular, disable Wi-Fi Assist to prevent auto-fallback to cellular. Source link

I changed these 3 settings and my Windows laptop is noticeably faster

Who actually enjoys using a slow laptop? No one. It’s absolutely frustrating, it kills your mood, and somehow it always chooses the worst possible moment to lag. That’s when I decided to dig a little deeper and tweak a few Windows settings that most people never touch. Surprisingly, those small changes made a big difference to my laptop. It felt quicker, more responsive, and well, far less annoying to use. So if your Windows laptop feels slow for no clear reason, you don’t necessarily need a new laptop.
