Just months after arriving at dealerships, Subaru’s new electric SUVs are outselling the Solterra. The 2026 Solterra received a major overhaul for the 2026 model year, now offering up to 288 miles of range from a larger 74.7-kWh battery, a 25% improvement over the outgoing version, which offered up to 227 miles. Subaru’s updated exterior design gives it a fresh look with its new EV lighting signature and illuminated six-star logo, redesigned headlights, and a new front bumper. The back is also redesigned with a new rear badge, rear gate garnish, and an added roof spoiler.
