More than once, Leonardo threw up a generic error pop-up with no explanation of how to fix the problem. You’re forced to dismiss the message before doing anything else, which feels like hitting a dead end before trying to troubleshoot yourself or looking up the error code in Leonardo. Connectivity, luckily, is super simple and seamless. The Romeo connects to your computer over Wi-Fi instead of Bluetooth, which sounds like a minor detail until you’ve wrestled with the quirks that Bluetooth can sometimes pose (looking at you, Design Space). During my testing of the Explore 5, I’d occasionally lose my Bluetooth connection, requiring me to disconnect the machine from my computer, reconnect, and try again. I’m not sure if that’s a Design Space issue or my laptop juggling too many Bluetooth devices, but it can be a headache. Through my testing, I never once had the Romeo machine unexpectedly disconnect. There’s no beating a view of the real thing, of course, and Romeo Napoli has them in abundance. The best of the hotel’s 77 rooms and suites, located on the upper floor, have volcano views that elevate the interiors, which centre on statement striped wood and slatted blinds. The decor is ever so slightly naff, but it’s somehow charming too, and the beds are heavenly. The outlook from the other side of the hotel is less appealing and some rooms are on the more compact end of the spectrum, so are best suited to those who want to get out and about during their Naples stay. After finding success as a model and following in his father’s footsteps as a footballer, David and Victoria Beckham’s 23-year-old son Romeo Beckham has revealed a surprising career pivot.  Romeo is stepping into the world of acting, making his debut in an upcoming LGBTQ tennis romance film. Variety shared the announcement and a first look at Romeo in the film, which is titled Forty Love and directed by renowned fashion photographer Pierre-Ange Carlotti. Romeo stars opposite French actor Paul Kircher, 24, who is best known for his role in The Animal Kingdom. According to the publication, the film follows tennis player Sascha Gallo, who is training to win a trophy in Paris. Romeo stars as the tennis player’s on-screen rival who shakes things up. Getting scolded by a director is nothing unusual in showbiz but for it to make the actor consider quitting acting? That’s a different story. In a recent interview, Singaporean actor Romeo Tan, who was joined by actress Carrie Wong, recalled the project in which he received the harshest criticism in his 16-year acting career. “I think it’s The Journey: Tumultuous Times,” said the 40-year-old, who played a villainous lawyer in the 2014 Mediacorp series. And you know it must have been bad when Wong, who was present that day, still remembers it vividly – even 11 years on. “Oh my god, I was there,” exclaimed the actress, who also had her breakout role as Tang Shui Mei in the series.
