How Sabrina Carpenter’s Music Videos Are All Subtly Connected

How Sabrina Carpenter’s Music Videos Are All Subtly Connected

In recent years, the Grammy winner has created a cinematic universe with her hit songs’ respective videos, from “Espresso” and “Please Please Please” ft. Dolly Parton to her recently dropped “House Tour.” Published on April 9, 2026 Sabrina Carpenter in the “Espresso” “Manchild” and “Tears” music videos. Screenshot/YouTube (3) It’s Sabrina Carpenter’s universe and we’re all just living in it. You can tell the pop star started her career in acting because one thing about her is that she’s going to deliver absolute cinema when it comes to her music videos. And the Coachella headliner also seems to love a storyline, because her videos released in recent years are all subtly connected one way or another, starting with “Espresso,” which dropped in April 2024, to her just-released music video for “House Tour.” In addition to the videos’ creative link, fans have also pointed out one other interesting pattern in most of her videos: at least one man always seems to die. The trend started with the 2023 music video for “Feather” and has been a …

Top Hollywood Power Stylists in 2026

Top Hollywood Power Stylists in 2026

Behind every newly minted star — Heated Rivalry‘s Connor Storrie, One Battle After Another‘s Chase Infiniti and Sentimental Value‘s Renate Reinsve number among 2026’s biggest Hollywood breakouts — there is always a stylist working overtime to ensure every Choo and Cartier diamond aligns with what’s now and what’s next. Stylists wield as much power in Hollywood as they do double-sided tape, especially when it comes to marketing a film or TV show even before it hits theaters and streamers. Consider Timothée Chalamet’s “hardcore orange” curated by his stylist, Taylor McNeill, for the Marty Supreme premieres (A24’s highest-grossing worldwide release ever); Margot Robbie’s Cathy-worthy corsets for the Wuthering Heights press juggernaut as styled by Andrew Mukamal (the same mastermind behind Robbie’s Barbiecore for the $1.44 billion-grossing film); or Paul Anthony Kelly’s nod to JFK Jr.’s iconic ’90s style, which his stylist Warren Alfie Baker revisited to promote FX’s Love Story. And now, The Devil Wears Prada 2 fans wait with bated breath — or “girded loins,” as Stanley Tucci’s Nigel would say — to see what …

Sabrina Carpenter is unrecognizable with dramatic hair transformation

Sabrina Carpenter is unrecognizable with dramatic hair transformation

Sabrina Carpenter stunned in Perfect magazine’s latest cover shoot with the “Manchild” singer, where she showcased her dramatic transformation from bouncy blonde locks to dark brunette hair. In one photo posted to Instagram, the former child star rocked sleek, long black hair with blunt bangs, paired with a black manicure and dark smudged eyeliner that completed the gothic look. In another shot, Sabrina switched things up with short, dark curls, while sporting a cropped plaid shirt and white fringed skirt. A third picture saw her with a blonde-brunette shaggy cut, à la Debbie Harry, as she sat on the floor in a lingerie set. Fans went wild over her shoot on Instagram, with one commenting: “I wanna be cool like you when I grow up”, while another added: “Omg didn’t even recognize her!!” “The Debbie Harry wig is such a vibe,” said a third, while another chimed in: “The bangsssss.” Sabrina opened up about her ever-changing relationship with fashion to Perfect magazine, revealing that she enjoyed switching up her fashion looks and hairstyles to keep things fresh and …

Sabrina Carpenter Drops “House Tour” Music Video

Sabrina Carpenter Drops “House Tour” Music Video

Sabrina Carpenter is taking you on a “House Tour” with a newly dropped music video for her Man’s Best Friend single, and she got some assistance from Margaret Qualley and Madelyne Cline. Qualley co-directed the video alongside Carpenter too, which opens with Carpenter rolling up to a mansion in a pink van that reads “Pretty Girl Clean-Up Crew.” She steps out in a bloodied white high heel, the shoe itself a link to the end of the music video for “Tears.” From there, Carpenter, Qualley and Cline take part in the campy, jovial breaking and entering, frolicking around the mansion as they steal jewelry, clothing and cash. And in typical Carpenter fashion at this point, the video ends with a murder as they run someone over during the getaway. The video was equal parts cheeky and sexy, a fitting accompaniment for the song itself, which was one of the less subtle on Man’s Best Friend as Carpenter sings “none of this is a metaphor, I just want you to come inside.” Carpenter dropped a teaser …

Bad Bunny Tops Grammys 2026 Fashion Power Rankings

Bad Bunny Tops Grammys 2026 Fashion Power Rankings

One man upended perhaps the biggest trend set over three years of The Hollywood Reporter‘s Red Carpet Power Rankings — but if anyone excels at breaking boundaries, it’s Bad Bunny. At the 2026 Grammys Sunday night, the superstar born Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio became the first artist to win album of the year for a project not in English, the Spanish-language Debí Tirar Más Fotos — and anyone who fell in love with what Bad Bunny was wearing surely identified with the album title — which translates to “I should’ve taken more photos” — an understandable sentiment given how well the star and his style performed in the Power Rankings. His Grammy victories and the frenzied interest reflected in these numbers also set him up nicely for his much-discussed halftime performance Sunday at Super Bowl LX. He also busted a key streak in THR‘s annual analysis of how luxury brands perform in earned engagement during the awards season. Simply put, women and what they’re wearing have always performed better than men on the red carpet …

2026 Grammy Awards Show Review

2026 Grammy Awards Show Review

As he closed the 68th Grammy Awards telecast, Trevor Noah thanked CBS and the Recording Academy for a hosting gig he said felt more like being a music fan and less like doing a job. I guess that’s the vibe Noah and CBS were going for on Sunday night. It was less a curated and guided telecast with a host steering the proceedings with wit and control, and more Noah acting like a kid who won a ticket to the Grammys and was then abruptly handed a microphone and told to vamp for 10 minutes. Nobody is going to come away from the Grammys telecast remembering any of Noah’s monologue speech, because there was no monologue speech. There were barely any jokes. It was really just Trevor Noah running around the floor at the arena formerly known as the Staples Center gushing about the talent in a VERY small portion of the audience. Really, Noah got to, like, three tables — enough time to shake a few famous people’s hands and say, “Are you kidding …

Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish, More

Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish, More

Six-time nominees Sabrina Carpenter and Tyler, the Creator both delivered memorable performances at the 2026 Grammys, with Carpenter seemingly enjoying herself during the ceremony as she was repeatedly caught on camera dancing in the audience. But both underperformed when it came to wins at Sunday night’s ceremony. Carpenter was shut out completely, not winning a single award of the six for which she was nominated. Tyler, the Creator fared slightly better, going one for six but his sole win was for best album cover for Chromakopia, which was presented in the non-televised premiere ceremony where the majority of this year’s awards are presented. Similarly, Clipse, up for five awards, won only one award, best rap performance, for “Chains & Whips” with Pusha T and Malice featuring top Grammy winner Kendrick Lamar and Pharrell Williams, who was honored with the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award during the ceremony. Like Tyler, the Creator’s prize, this award was presented during the premiere ceremony. But Clipse and Pharrell got their time onstage during the CBS telecast on Sunday night. …

Jack Antonoff Becomes Fourth Person to Win 4 Major Grammy Categories

Jack Antonoff Becomes Fourth Person to Win 4 Major Grammy Categories

Jack Antonoff has entered from rare Grammy air. The singer, songwriter and producer became just the fourth person to win all four major categories — album, record, song of the year and best new artist — which he completed at Sunday’s show. Antonoff was only missing record of the year, which he won for producing “Luther” from Kendrick Lamar and SZA at the 2026 Grammy Awards; he also had a second chance at the award for producing fellow record nominee “Manchild,” from Sabrina Carpenter. He had previously won best new artist as a member of the group Fun, along with song of the year for the band’s hit tune “We are Young.” He also has three album of the year wins as a frequent collaborator of Taylor Swift, for her albums 1989, Folklore and Midnights. The only other musicians who have completed that “Big Four” feat are Christopher Cross, Billie Eilish and Adele; Cross (in 1981) and Eilish (in 2020) were both able to achieve all four major wins in one night. Antonoff was up …

Grammys 2026 Highlights: Winners and Major Moments

Grammys 2026 Highlights: Winners and Major Moments

Music’s biggest night is here.  Most of the genre categories were already announced for the 68th Grammy Awards during the pre-telecast Sunday afternoon, and heading into the main ceremony, the biggest storyline is who will come away with hardware in the general field. Bad Bunny, Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga and Sabrina Carpenter all have nominations for album of the year, record of the year and song of the year, and all have history on the line. Others in contention in the general field include superstars Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan and Doechii. For a running winners list that will be updated throughout the night, click here.  Lamar, who came into tonight’s show as the top nominee with nine nominations overall, started the night strong, winning the first award of the night for best rap album with GNX, beating out Clipse’s Let God Sort Em Out and Tyler, the Creator’s Chromakopia. All three rap albums are up for album of the year. Before the telecast, Lamar already won two other awards for best melodic rap performance and best …
