Scott Dixon and Felix Rosenqvist Sign Multiyear Deals to Begin Racing for Arrow McLaren in 2027

Six-time IndyCar Series champion Scott Dixon and reigning Indianapolis 500 winner Felix Rosenqvist are joining the Arrow McLaren racing team next season after agreeing to multiyear deals. They will be part of the team’s three-car full-season lineup that also includes Pato O’Ward. And Ryan Hunter-Reay, the 2014 Indy 500 winner, will be in the driver’s seat again in its fourth entry in the 111th running of “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing,” the team also announced Monday. That means three former winners and one of the most competitive oval racers in the series will make up Arrow McLaren’s Indy 500 lineup next May. The team is seeking its first Indy 500 victory since Johnny Rutherford’s 1976 win. “Our IndyCar team has shown fantastic momentum, and this lineup of Pato, Scott, Felix and Ryan will strengthen every aspect of our program,” McLaren CEO Zak Brown said in a news release. “We’ve got our eyes firmly set on the Championship as well as winning the Indianapolis 500 to secure the Triple Crown in the Papaya era. Scottish rugby greats have gathered in Edinburgh for a service in memory of Scott Hastings, who died earlier this year. The British and Irish Lions centre passed away on May 17 aged 61, following complications arising from his cancer treatment. Hasting won 65 caps in an 11-year Test career that began in 1986 and was part of the most recent Scotland team to win the Grand Slam in 1990. On a warm Saturday afternoon, members of the rugby community gathered at George Watson’s College – Hastings’ former school – for a celebration of his life. Among the hundreds in attendance were many of Hastings’ Scotland and British and Irish Lions team-mates, members of the wider rugby community and friends and family. Guests had been encouraged to wear colourful clothing and many sported bright pastels, colourful designs or tartans. Scott Pelley is ready for life after 60 Minutes. The broadcast journalist, whose firing in early June from the newsmagazine made national headlines, has signed with CAA for representation, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. The major talent agency will rep Pelley in all areas as the author and correspondent looks for life after CBS News, where he has worked for 37 years. Tay Keith, the Grammy-nominated producer behind hits like Travis Scott‘s “Sicko Mode,” has died. He was 29. The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department confirmed Keith, whose real name is BryTavious Chambers, died Thursday. A cause of death was not made available, though police said in their statement that “no foul play is suspected.” “No foul play is suspected in the death of Brytavious Chambers, 29, also known as Grammy nominated record producer Tay Keith. He was found dead in his Martin St apt this afternoon by officers performing a welfare check. His death is unclassified pending autopsy results,” the statement reads in full. Keith was a frequent collaborator with Scott and Drake, earning two Grammy nominations for his work with both rappers. His first nod came from 2018’s “Sicko Mode,” which appeared on Scott’s Grammy-nominated record Astroworld; his second stemmed from 21 Savage and Drake’s “Rich Flex.” Both songs earned best rap song nominations.
