Chart-topping singer Ellie Goulding has announced that she has welcomed her second child. On Tuesday afternoon, the Brit Award winner shared with her Instagram followers that she’d given birth to a baby daughter towards the end of last week. Ellie wrote: “On Friday, I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl. We are totally obsessed with her. “It was fitting that I spent International Women’s Day with her and the incredible female team at St Mary’s, who provided me and my baby with extraordinary care and kindness. I will always be in awe of midwives.” The Love Me Like You Do singer added that her family’s new arrival “fills me with so much joy”, particularly due to how excited and “so so happy” her son Arthur has been “to become a big brother to this little angel”.
