WASHINGTON, June 5 (Reuters) – NASA ordered five ⁠astronauts ⁠aboard the International Space ⁠Station to take shelter and prepare for possible evacuation ​for on Friday as a Russian crew tried to fix a leak ‌of air on its portion ‌of the orbital laboratory. NASA reversed that order roughly two hours later ⁠and ⁠told the astronauts they could return to the station. Four ​astronauts on NASA’s SpaceX Crew-12 mission took shelter in the Dragon spacecraft, along with Chris Williams, a NASA astronaut on the space station’s Expedition 74 ​team. They are: JESSICA MEIR, SPACECRAFT COMMANDER American. Meir is commander of NASA’s ⁠Dragon spacecraft ⁠for the SpaceX Crew-12 ⁠mission. ​The Caribou, Maine, native was selected as a NASA astronaut in 2013. ​This is her second ⁠flight to space. SwitchBot on Wednesday released its newest smart home device: a 7.5-inch E Ink display with a one-year battery life and every fact you could ever want to know about the weather. The smart display will even offer AI recommendations for travel, what to wear based on the weather and inspirational quotes that match the forecast in your area. SwitchBot’s weather station, now available for $110, offers a little bit of everything: indoor and outdoor temperatures, humidity levels, air quality reports, seven-day weather forecasts, wind speed and direction, sunset times, the current UV index, and more. It also autorefreshes every 3 hours.  It’s made to replace weather apps, so you don’t have to use your phone or computer. There are six themes that users can tweak to display the desired details, including personalized tables they can create with OpenClaw AI.  A SwitchBot representative didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. An American influencer has admitted assaulting a woman in an incident at a London Underground station. In May, US national Melissa Rein Lively was charged with assault by beating, while German national Philipp Ostermann, 37, was charged with two racially aggravated public order offences and a further public order offence. Lively accepted a conditional caution – an out-of-court agreement in which the defendant admits guilt and pays compensation. As a result, the assault by beating charge against her was withdrawn, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard on Tuesday. Prosecutor Lyndon Harris told the court Lively has also agreed to pay £910 in compensation. The incident occurred at Bond Street Underground station on the evening of 11 October last year, British Transport Police said. Lively pulled the woman’s hair in a “forceful manner”, the court was told. Mr Harris told the court: “Ms Lively has accepted a conditional caution in response to the allegation against her. “That involved an admission to the conduct alleged against her and acknowledgement it amounts to an offence, and she has agreed to …

Kyiv said on Sunday it had struck the Lazarevo pumping station in the Kirov region, north-east of Moscow and about 800 miles ⁠from Ukrainian-held territory. Alexander Sokolov, the regional governor, admitted that drones had hit a “facility” and caused a fire. He claimed there had been no casualties as he called for calm. The station pumps oil from Siberia to Belarus. Ukraine’s ‌General Staff also said it had hit the Saratov oil refinery on the Volga River, causing a large fire during overnight strikes. “During the night, our soldiers applied Ukraine’s long-range sanctions against an oil refinery in Saratov, Russia. This is about 700km (430 miles) from the front line,” Volodymyr Zelensky, the Ukrainian president, said.
