Kudrow, 62, is best known for starring as free spirit Phoebe Buffet in all 10 seasons of the comedy, which has become one of the highest-grossing TV shows of all time since it first aired in 1994. Over twenty years on from Friends’ finale, Kudrow admitted in a new interview that there was “mean stuff going on behind the scenes” in the writers’ room, which was mostly men and made up of 12 to 15 staff members. Watch a Robot Stuff Cash Into a Wallet Just Like You Do

In 2026, we’re seeing robots progress by leaps and bounds with markedly improved dexterity, the kind of progress long needed in the quest for truly useful household helpers. Now a new AI model has arrived to power robots through activities, including folding laundry, constructing boxes, fixing other robots and even filling wallets with flimsy paper money. Earlier this month, California-based company Generalist AI released Gen-1, a new physical AI model that makes robots capable of performing all of these tasks (and more) with success. It’s a big step forward in terms of robots designed for the real world based on intelligence born from the real world, Pete Florence, co-founder and CEO of Generalist AI told me. In most of the example videos published by the company, Gen-1 is seen running on a pair of robotic arms, but that’s not all it’s built for. “Gen-1 is designed to be the brain of any robot, meaning the same model can run on a humanoid, an industrial arm or other robotic systems,” said Florence. Already, this has proved …

What’s the last treat you bought for yourself? A small bundle of artist-grade watercolour paper. Not exciting on the surface, but it gives me disproportionate pleasure. I’ve learned that treats don’t need to be indulgent – they need to remove friction from something you love doing. Great linen sheets fall into this category, too. …

7 practical ways to organize toys and kid stuff : NPR

7 practical ways to organize toys and kid stuff : NPR

A million magnetic tiles scattered across the living room. Stuffed animals piled high in the playroom. Outgrown baby gear taking up space in the closet. When you live with kids, your home is bound to get messy. And the more stuff they have, the more time you have to spend organizing it and cleaning it up. That’s why psychotherapist and mom of two Denaye Barahona prefers a less-is-more approach when it comes to buying and keeping kids’ clothes, toys and gear. When you “pare back on the amount of clutter in your life, you can focus on the most important things,” like quality time as a family, says Barahona, author of Simple Happy Parenting: The Secret of Less for Calmer Parents and Happier Kids. Plus, there’s a positive benefit for young children. Research has shown that when toddlers play in a quieter space with fewer toys, they “do more, create more and innovate more,” she says. So how do you begin the process of decluttering all your child’s things, whether it’s their beloved Pokémon card …

Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette before their deaths in 1999. The ill-fated couple are the subject of Ryan Murphy’s hit FX series Love Story: John F. Kennedy & Carolyn Bessette, which concludes Thursday. Speaking on his eponymous radio show, Stern revealed that watching the show had brought back memories of his real-life encounters with the high-profile pair. “I knew the real Carolyn Bessette,” the Howard Stern Show host said, per Rolling Stone. “I won’t say I knew her well, but we had many, many conversations, more than casual conversations. She was very lovely. She was like a really nice woman.” Stern did not reveal how his friendship with Bessette began, hinting cryptically: “I know enough to keep my mouth shut about that. Jorge ‘El Burro,’ the iconic Olvera Street stuff donkey, to be evicted

Jorge “El Burro,” the frequently photographed stuffed donkey that has greeted visitors of Olvera Street for decades, won’t be around for much longer. On March 13, an L.A. judge ruled that the owner of the donkey’s La Carreta stand, Richard Hernandez, was to be evicted. “Good Bye Los Angeles it’s been great!” reads a sign at the stand. “Since 1968 the Hernandez family has brought you timeless memories. Generations have been photographed here. We lost our case with the City of Los Angeles, we want to stay. But Mayor Bass won’t negotiate.” The ruling handed down by the Los Angeles County Superior Court is the culmination of a years-long saga involving the La Carreta owner and the city. In 2024, Hernandez was given a 30-day eviction notice by the Board of Commissioners for the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority, which manages the historic and commercial resources of Olvera Street. To try to resolve any problems the city may have had with the stand, Hernandez said he has attempted to pay for any …

The Coolest Stuff GQ’s Fashion Director Saw at the Fall 2026 Menswear Shows

Véronique’s Last Dance After nearly 40 years at the helm of Hermès menswear, Véronique Nichanian presented one last breathtaking collection, for fall-winter 2026, before passing the torch to her successor, Grace Wales Bonner. Color, texture, exotic leathers, artful accessories––all done with a touch of camp. It was the ultimate farewell: innovative, surprising, and, yes, even wearable. Courtesy of the brand. ERL Goes Formal For ERL’s 13th collection, founder Eli Russell Linnetz put his subversive spin on traditional eveningwear, turning flight suits into tuxedos and pairing morning jackets with boxer shorts. The star of the collection might be the brand’s new handcrafted leather loafers, which exemplify the label’s air of careless, comfortable luxury. Courtesy of the brand. Source link
