Swift’s fourth, and what appeared to be her final, Fourth of July bash featured the starriest guest list yet, including Cara Delevingne, Ruby Rose, St. Vincent, and Swift’s boyfriend at the time, British actor Hiddleston. Swift memorably posed in Hiddleston’s lap for a couples photo with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. A spy thriller starring Tom Hiddleston and Olivia Colman has been added to a new streaming platform in the UK. BBC series The Night Manager, based on the 1993 book of the same name by John le Carré, has just become available to stream on a different platform in the UK. Currently streamable on BBC iPlayer and Sky, the series adapted by David Farr has just landed on Disney+, but there’s a catch. Only season 1 of The Night Manager is streaming for Disney+ as well as Prime Video subscribers based in the UK, with fans of spy stories having to turn to one of the other platforms to watch season 2. The U.K. equivalent of the Tony Awards, celebrating the best and brightest talent leading the country’s colorful theater scene, will crown its winners at a ceremony on April 12, 2026, broadcast by the BBC and hosted by The Traitors and Ted Lasso star Nick Mohammed. Snow White actress Zegler was recognized for her viral turn in Jamie Lloyd’s Evita, playing Argentinian first lady Eva Perón. She stirred the city by performing live to passersby on the London Palladium balcony every night. [This story contains major spoilers from the season two finale of The Night Manager.] Diego Calva always knew that Teddy Dos Santos’ story could only end one way on The Night Manager. In the long-awaited second season of the BBC/Prime Video spy thriller, Calva was introduced as Jonathan Pine’s (Tom Hiddleston) new antagonist, a young Mexican-Colombian arms dealer who turns out to be the biological son of Pine’s archnemesis Richard Roper (Hugh Laurie). Following the suspicious death of his superior Rex Mayhew (Douglas Hodge), who had been investigating a potential high-level leak within MI6 connected to the shipment of weapons to Colombia, Pine secretly infiltrated Teddy’s criminal enterprise under the alias of Matthew Ellis. In Colombia, Pine crossed paths again with Roxana Bolaños (Camila Morrone), the woman he had tracked down and questioned in the wake of Mayhew’s death. If you’re missing Tom Hiddleston after The Night Manager wrapped up its second series, then Channel 4 have got just the movie for you to watch this evening – and it’s certainly one of the most eye-catching of his career to date. Released in 2016, High-Rise is an adaptation of JG Ballard’s novel of the same name with Hiddleston starring in the lead role of Dr Robert Laing who, in 1975, has just moved into his new apartment in a luxury tower block. Laing wants anonymity, but soon finds that his new neighbours have no intention of leaving him alone. As Laing attempts to find his position in the social dynamics of his new home, his good manners and sanity start to disintegrate along with the building. Not that the residents are aware as they continue on partying all day and all night.
