The group called World’s Last Chance (WLC) had but up the billboard as part of its campaign denying the deity of Christ. The billboard read: The Bible Says Jesus is Not GodJesus did not pre-exist in Heaven  The man altered the message by painting over the word “Not” leaving it saying, “The Bible Says Jesus is God”. He also blacked out the second line below. According to reports the billboards have shown up in several states including California and Georgia. Based on its website, WLC does more than deny the deity of Christ. Popular Christian apologist Ray Comfort added “they reject his name in English, promote a flat earth view, and add lawkeeping as a requirement for righteousness.” Christ’s Deity is increasingly becoming a major issue.
