Donald Trump Threatens to Sue Trevor Noah Over Epstein Grammys Joke

Donald Trump Threatens to Sue Trevor Noah Over Epstein Grammys Joke

The president has had his feelings hurt, and he intends to do something about it. After the 68th Grammy Awards, Donald Trump took to Truth Social to lash out at host Trevor Noah over a joke the comedian made at Trump’s expense, which involved both Jeffrey Epstein and the president’s recent obsession with Greenland. In his Truth Social post, Trump called the Grammy ceremony “virtually unwatchable” and threatened legal action against Noah: “I’ll be sending my lawyers to sue this poor, pathetic, talentless, dope of an M.C.” Noah returned to host the Grammys for a sixth consecutive time on CBS. During the ceremony, Noah shared that it would be the Grammys’ last one on CBS—the event is moving to Disney+ and Hulu—and his last appearance as the show’s host as well, at least for the foreseeable future. After this disclosure, Noah exhibited a bit more of a devil-may-care attitude with his jokes, aiming one about the coveted song-of-the-year award at Trump and his well-documented relationship with deceased convicted sex offender Epstein. That prize, said Noah, …

Donald Trump Threatens Trevor Noah Over Grammys Epstein Joke

Donald Trump is threatening Trevor Noah with legal action over a joke the South African comic made about him during this year’s Grammys. On Sunday night, Noah delivered a string of jibes about the US leader, which became more barbed as the ceremony went on. Towards the end of the event, he remarked that Song Of The Year is an award “that every artist wants, almost as much as Trump wants Greenland”. He continued: “[That] makes sense, because Epstein’s island is gone. He needs a new one to hang out with Bill Clinton. So…” “I told you it was my last year,” Noah then quipped, referring to the fact that the 2026 Grammys was his sixth and final as host. “What are you going to do about it?” Trevor Noah takes another jab at Donald Trump #Grammys: “Song of the Year — that is a Grammy that every artist wants almost as much as Trump wants Greenland, which makes sense because Epstein’s island is gone, he needs a new one to hang out with Bill …

2026 Grammy Awards Show Review

2026 Grammy Awards Show Review

As he closed the 68th Grammy Awards telecast, Trevor Noah thanked CBS and the Recording Academy for a hosting gig he said felt more like being a music fan and less like doing a job. I guess that’s the vibe Noah and CBS were going for on Sunday night. It was less a curated and guided telecast with a host steering the proceedings with wit and control, and more Noah acting like a kid who won a ticket to the Grammys and was then abruptly handed a microphone and told to vamp for 10 minutes. Nobody is going to come away from the Grammys telecast remembering any of Noah’s monologue speech, because there was no monologue speech. There were barely any jokes. It was really just Trevor Noah running around the floor at the arena formerly known as the Staples Center gushing about the talent in a VERY small portion of the audience. Really, Noah got to, like, three tables — enough time to shake a few famous people’s hands and say, “Are you kidding …

Trevor Noah Hosting World Cup Watch Party Show on YouTube

Trevor Noah Hosting World Cup Watch Party Show on YouTube

What if you could not only watch the 2026 World Cup this summer, but also watch other people watch the World Cup? That’s the idea behind a forthcoming YouTube show hosted by Trevor Noah. The comedian and former Daily Show anchor will host a live World Cup watch party during some 25 matches in the tournament, which begins in June in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Noah will share a couch with “friends, elite footballers and top digital creators” while watching and providing commentary and conversation on the games. “The only thing that’s more exciting than watching every World Cup match is watching it with my best friends and new friends — and even my enemies who choose to support the wrong teams,” said Noah. “No suits, no stiff analysis, just full-on fans watching the greatest show on earth. Ole!” Noah’s Day Zero Productions is producing the show with Religion of Sports (Man in the Arena: Tom Brady) and Mainstay Entertainment (Noah’s Netflix’s comedy specials Where Was I and I Wish You Would). CAA’s …
