Nicola Peltz shared a pointed message to her estranged in-laws on Thursday when she posted a snap of herself with her husband, Brooklyn Beckham, and her parents, Nelson Peltz and Claudia Heffner Peltz, with an eyebrow-raising caption.
The actress snapped a selfie with her parents by her side and Brooklyn visible behind her, before writing: “My whole heart and world in one photo,” alongside a pink heart emoji. Brooklyn then reshared the photo on Instagram.
The post comes amid Brooklyn’s ongoing feud with his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, with whom he has not been pictured in more than a year. Instead, the chef has grown closer to Nicola’s family in the wake of the feud, which turned explosive in January when Brooklyn shared a scathing statement about their broken relationship.
In the post, he accused the soccer star and fashion designer of trying to “ruin” his relationship with Nicola, and detailed why he had chosen to cut them out of his life altogether.
“For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family,” he wrote. “The performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships have been a fixture of the life I was born into.”
“Recently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they’ll go through to place countless lies in the media, mostly at the expense of innocent people, to preserve their own facade. But I believe the truth always comes out.”
“I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life,” he concluded. While David and Victoria have remained tight-lipped about the ongoing feud with Brooklyn, the former Spice Girl did open up on the Aspire podcast about struggling to be “the best mom” to her four kids, including Romeo, Cruz and Harper.

“I’ve always wanted to be the best mom I could be and look after the kids, but I also feel that it’s been part of my job to really help them fulfil their full potential and for them to recognize what their sense of purpose is,” she explained.
“Anything that I could do to support [them], to encourage, and to help…that’s my job as his mom. It’s never about being pushy or forcing. It’s being there to support.”
She added: “I think that it’s very different parenting adult children to parenting smaller children…I’m just trying to do the best that I can. They grow up so quickly, it’s my job to make sure that my kids are the best versions of themselves and that they feel fulfilled.”
Meanwhile, Nicola shares a close relationship with her billionaire father and model mother, who serve as inspiration for the 31-year-old’s own love life. “My parents have been together more than 40 years, and they always make fun of each other,” she told Cosmopolitan. “My dad is just so cute. When my mom leaves the room, he’s always just like, ‘She’s so beautiful.’ They still act like young kids in love.”
“They’re so in love, and being able to grow up with that is so beautiful. I would never settle for anything other than that,” she said.
