The Canadian pop star is nominated in four categories, including album of the year, for Swag, an album with songs like “Daisies,” “Walking Away,” and “Go Baby,” which nod toward Bieber’s married life with the Rhode founder. The couple wed in a 2018 civil ceremony, then threw a star-studded 2019 wedding in South Carolina before welcoming their son, Jack Blues, in August 2024.
Bieber last took the Grammys stage in 2022, when his album Justice was nominated for album of the year, among other awards. He might have gone home empty-handed that night, but Bieber lit up the venue with a dynamic performance of “Peaches” alongside collaborators Giveon and Daniel Caesar.
The 2026 Grammys serve as something of a test run for Bieber, who, after making a handful of guest appearances at Coachella during performances by pals Chance the Rapper and Ariana Grande, will headline the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April.
