After a long wait, James Bond is finally returning to the world of gaming, but is 007 First Light on Game Pass?

In the last few years, Xbox has become one of the best places to be for day one releases, with the likes of Expedition 33 and Doom: The Dark Ages hitting the service last year.

And if you’re a subscriber, you might be hoping to see Bond pop up there too. If that’s you, then here’s what you need to know about whether or not 007 First Light is on Xbox Game Pass.

Is 007 First Light on Xbox Game Pass?

Unfortunately, 007 First Light is currently not available on Xbox Game Pass.

While the game is available on Xbox Series X/S consoles, players who want to dive in from day one are going to have to spend the money to do so.

The game does support Xbox Play Anywhere, which is a nice boon, but not really much consolation if you were hoping to play it without spending a penny.

The good news is that there’s every chance 007 First Light could – could – come to Xbox Game Pass at some point in the future.

Previously, IO Interactive had Hitman: World of Assassination on the platform, which includes Hitman 1, 2 and 3 in one bundle.

As such, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see 007 First Light end up on the service at a later date.

That being said, we wouldn’t hold out much hope for this happening anytime soon, so this is only a solution if you’re willing to wait a year or two, if not longer to play.

As such, the bottom line is that if you want to play 007 First Light here and now, you’re going to have to buy it for yourself, we’re afraid!
