If at any point you’ve been to the theatre in London’s West End over the last year, the chances are you’ve encountered rising star Chumisa Dornford-May’s voice, perhaps without even realising it. Over the last 12 months, Chumisa has appeared in no fewer than three distinct West End shows, each completely different from the one before it. This time a year ago, she was wrapping up a stint in the inaugural London production of Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet Of 1812, later earning the first of what promises to be many Olivier nominations for her work in the title role.
