On Monday, Chief U.S. District Judge Patrick Schiltz ordered acting ICE Director Todd Lyons to appear in court this Friday to answer questions in the case of Juan Tobay Robles, who was arrested by federal immigration agents in Minnesota in early January. Tobay Robles’ attorney, Graham Ojala-Barbour, told NBC News on Tuesday afternoon that he had been informed by the U.S. attorney’s office in Minneapolis that his client was released and is in Texas.
