Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s July 3rd wedding was the star-studded event of the year, with A-listers like Brad Pitt, Selena Gomez, Paul McCartney and Gigi Hadid all in attendance. The happy couple, who got engaged in August 2025, wed at Madison Square Garden in New York City in front of 1,000 guests, where Adam Sandler served as the officiant.  However, fans were left shocked after the “Cruel Summer” singer’s friend, actress Jaime King, did not attend the wedding, despite Taylor being her son’s godmother. Meghan Markle quietly undertook a rare solo trip to Chicago over the weekend to mark a very special occasion.  The Duchess of Sussex, 44, was spotted attending a First Communion ceremony at the city’s Holy Name Cathedral in pictures shared on social media, wearing a beige turtleneck jumper.  A source told PEOPLE Magazine that Meghan was attending her godson’s communion, the son of one of her best friends from college.
