Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner were spotted together for the first time in weeks, after the mother of three opened up about her husband’s absence in an emotional social media post.
The couple, who have been married since 2009, were seen walking hand-in-hand at the Allen & Company Sun Valley conference in Idaho, an intensely private event which brings together industry leaders like Apple CEO Tim Cook and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman.
Ivanka looked laid-back in a pair of light-colored pants with a large belt around the waist, paired with a white collared tee and wedges. She completed the look with a cream-colored cross-body bag and tortoiseshell sunglasses, and left her blonde hair down.

“Last Sunday, we gathered at Camp David with my dad, my siblings, our children and their cousins,” the 44-year-old began. “Grateful for another Father’s Day together.”
“Jared couldn’t be with us. But his absence was one born on purpose. And we felt his presence all the same,” Ivanka continued. “The older I get, the more I realize that family is built in both the extraordinary moments and the ordinary ones: a walk, a laugh, a story shared around the dinner table.”

Ivanka and Jared first met in 2007 when they were set up by friends at a business meeting. They tied the knot two years later, and went on to welcome their three kids together. The former model shared a touching message to Jared on his birthday in January, writing on social media that she was “endlessly grateful” to be by his side.
“Happy 45th birthday Jared!” she began. “Grateful to celebrate surrounded by the people who know and love you best.”

The couple have endured several hardships together, including Jared’s secret cancer battle, which he revealed in his 2022 memoir. He underwent surgery to remove a tumor in his throat after being diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2019, and again had thyroid surgery in 2022.
