Donald Trump is being warned that Iran may drag America into a “quagmire” where it will lose the war even if US forces win every battle. The US and Israel have overwhelming firepower to target Iran. But warfare is increasingly asymmetric, with the rapid development of drones dramatically changing military calculations, tactics and outcomes. Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh laid out how Tehran could thwart a US victory in the conflict.
