Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend, Jim Curtis, doesn’t appear ready to say goodbye to his longtime New York City home just yet. The 50-year-old did a complete 180 after putting his 1,200-square-foot condo on the market for $1.53 million after putting it up for sale in January. Despite the relatively modest asking price, Jim seemingly struggled to find a buyer, so on June 2, he also listed the property for rent for $8,950 per month. However, the lifestyle guru, who bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom property in Manhattan’s Seaport for $1.3 million in 2015, has since delisted the property. A handwritten letter from Jennifer Aniston to Matthew Perry is being auctioned off alongside several other of the late actor’s most prized possessions. Heritage Auctions has partnered with the Matthew Perry Foundation to auction off 130 of his personal effects on June 5, 2026. Among the items is a photo album titled “The One with the Last Supper,” which includes candid photos of Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, Matthew, and Jennifer. The photos were taken during the wrap dinner to commemorate the Friends stars’ final episode in 2004, a gift from Jennifer to each of her castmates.
