An Afghan asylum seeker wielding a kitchen knife went on a rampage through a Morrisons supermarket declaring: ‘I am mad with King Charles.’ Milad Panjshiri, 22, burst into the shop in Bradford, West Yorkshire, brandishing a six-inch blade before wreaking havoc across aisles and threatening a member of staff with the weapon. Video footage captures Panjshiri prowling through the supermarket with the knife in his grasp as he sweeps bottles from displays, creating a trail of shattered glass across the floor. A knifeman remains at large after police said a man in his 60s was approached from behind and stabbed on a public golf course footpath. Police rushed to Stafford Castle golf course on Newport Road, Staffordshire, just before 7pm on Thursday, May 14 after the victim was found on a bench by a member of the public who raised the alarm. He had been walking in the Castlefields area from Redgrave Drive towards Stafford Castle when the horrific incident occurred. The man remains in critical condition in hospital, and specialist officers are continuing to support him and his family. Staffordshire Police described the suspect as a man in his mid-to-late 20s, possibly of Eastern European background, with an average build and dressed in dark clothing. Police have now renewed their appeal and are urging anyone who was in the Castlefields area between 5pm and 8pm on Thursday May 14 or anyone who may have dashcam or CCTV footage to come forward.
