Emmerdale’s Bradley Riches has called his co-star Olivia Bromley “a friend for life” following her departure from the ITV soap. Bromley’s character, Dawn Fletcher, was killed off on Sunday (30 August) following an explosive storyline that also resulted in Jimmy King (played by Nick Miles) dying too. Taking to Instagram, Riches – who plays Lewis Barton – posted a photo of him and Bromley and captioned it: “So sad to say goodbye to Dawn (Olivia Bromley). “Although Lewis and Dawn didn’t get to interact much on screen, behind the scenes I gained a friend for life – and for that, I’ll always be so grateful. Emmerdale spoilers follow. Emmerdale’s latest villain Pippa Fulton has addressed her future on the show, amid a dramatic week in the Dales. The actor, who plays Kylie, arrived on our screens on Monday after kidnapping Lewis Barton in order to get his dad Kev Townsend to return her stolen diamond. In yesterday’s episode, Kylie continued to put the pressure on Ross Barton and Kev, in exchange for Lewis’ safe return. Though Kev retrieved the diamond, restless Ross deemed him a liability and knocked him out. Emmerdale spoilers follow. A mysterious new villain will be arriving in the village next week when Emmerdale’s Lewis Barton is shockingly taken hostage. The kidnapper is revealed to be a woman named Kylie, who fans may recognise as Fame Academy star Pippa Fulton. Fulton competed in the first series of the BBC talent show back in 2002, and went on to appear in Coronation Street as Aurora, the friend of Steve McDonald’s date. This is also her third time in the Dales, having previously played two respective roles in 2014 and 2017.
