Ruben Ray Martinez had just turned 23. Reyes said her son planned to enroll in trade school to become a mechanic. He felt ready to move out of his family’s home in San Antonio and had found an apartment he liked, she added. But on March 15, 2025, Martinez, a U.S. citizen, was shot and killed by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent during a traffic encounter in Texas. DS Walsh (Amanda Ryan) has a new theory about Ray Walters (Joe Absolom) and Celia Daniels’s (Jaye Griffiths) human trafficking operation in Emmerdale – and it’s bad news for Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards). It’s been a horrendous few months for Bear, who finally found freedom after being held captive on their farm, and subsequently murdering Ray. Living with Stockholm syndrome and unable to accept that what Ray had done to him was wrong, he handed himself into the police. Paddy Dingle (Dominic Brunt) hoped that by proving that his dad wasn’t of sound mind when he committed the crime would allow for a lesser sentence. Walsh agreed that he was struggling, though following a short stint in a mental health institution, Bear discharged himself and was taken back into custody. Earlier this week, the discovery of some new evidence left Paddy hopeful that Bear’s name could finally be cleared. A court has turned down Kim Kardashian‘s bid to keep details of a $6 million settlement with Ray J behind closed doors. The deal relates to legal barbs exchanged by the two sides after Kardashian, in an episode of The Kardashians in 2022, accused Ray J of trying to extort her with a second sex tape and raping her while she was asleep. He threatened to sue the reality TV star-turned-activist and businesswoman, which resulted in the settlement. Last year, Kardashian and Ray J, whose real name is Ray Norwood Jr., reignited their legal battle when the singer suggested on a livestream video that his onetime sex partner and her mom were involved in an illegal criminal enterprise and were going to be charged by the government. Kardashian sued for defamation, accusing him of trying to exploit her fame. The lawsuit points to a moment in the TMZ documentary on Sean “Diddy” Combs when Ray J is heard saying, “If you told me the Kardashians were being charged for racketeering, I might believe it.” He …

Grammy-winning country singer Ray Stevens is recovering from a broken neck. The 87-year-old singer of several controversial songs fell on March 29, was briefly hospitalized, and is now recovering at home. Ray’s team shared an update on his health to his Instagram, writing: “Doctors have advised Ray to wear a neck brace for approximately four weeks. He remains fully mobile and in good spirits as he continues his recovery.” The 87-year-old’s injury comes at an interesting time. Ray is set to release his newest album, Favorites Old & New, on Friday, April 10, 2026. The CEO of Fathom Entertainment, the specialty distributor jointly owned by major theater chains AMC, Cinemark and Regal, is retiring after a nine-year run in the role. “Now is the right time for me to begin the process of stepping down from a full-time executive role and transition to retirement, while also an opportune inflection point in the history of Fathom Entertainment to find its next leader,” CEO Ray Nutt said in a statement on Wednesday. Having headed up the specialty distributor of niche theatrical experiences for nearly a decade, the exec is expected to participate in the search for his replacement now underway. He joined Fathom as CEO in 2017 after sitting on the company’s board of directors while serving as senior vp of business relations at then Regal Entertainment Group, now Regal Cineworld.   Colorado-based Fathom Entertainment is owned three ways by the major cinema chains. The UK has never before seen an exhibition of the legendary Italian fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli, and now more than 400 objects are going on view at the V&A, including 100 ensembles and 50 artworks, along with accessories, jewelry, paintings, photographs, furniture, perfumes, and items from the archive. “Schiaparelli: Fashion Becomes Art” encompasses looks from the house spanning from her first designs, from the 1920s, to the present day, under creative director Daniel Roseberry.  “‘Schiaparelli: Fashion Becomes Art’ will celebrate one of the most ingenious and daring designers in fashion history,” said Tristram Hunt, director of the V&A, in a statement. “The V&A holds one of the largest and most important fashion collections in the world, and the foremost collection of Schiaparelli garments in Britain.
