Hailey Bieber is known for her delicate, fine-line tattoos adorning her hands, and it now appears she’s expanded her collection with a temporary piece of ink that pays tribute to her husband, Justin Bieber. The skincare mogul’s latest tattoo leans into Y2K nostalgia, with a lower-back design – a placement once famously dubbed the “tramp stamp” in the early 2000s. Hailey took to her Instagram Stories to show off the new design. Posing in a bathroom with her back towards the camera, Hailey lifted her grey sweater to unveil the sentence “Is it clocking to you now?” inscribed on her lower back.
