Zia Yusuf has written to the Vodafone CEO (Image: Getty) Communications giant Vodafone should be excluded “from all defence, national and emergency services” contracts if the firm helps illegal migrants, Zia Yusuf has declared. Reform’s home affairs spokesman said the company’s CEO, Margherita Della Valle, will face prison if Nigel Farage wins the next election. It comes after left-wing charity Care4Calais revealed it had dished out 2,221 pre-paid Vodafone SIM cards to migrants. And Reform has vowed to introduce a “Polanski law” to criminalise those aiding illegal entry to the UK, with the proposal set to ignore the “intent” behind the acts. Mr Yusuf said that Vodafone’s customers will be “astounded” that they are “helping to facilitate the invasion of Britain by unvetted, military-age men”.
