Who left The Summit? All eliminated contestants

The Summit is a brand new adventure series, following a group of strangers as they set out on a thrilling journey to reach the peak of one of New Zealand’s most spectacular mountains.

Across 14 days, the contestants must trek up the mountain with an equal share of £200,000 in their backpacks, finishing at the climactic summit.

But all of them won’t make it up there…

Tonight’s episode (10th February) saw one contestant eliminated from the race to the top at the very hands of their fellow contestants, but who?

As the contestants reached Old Miners Crossing, they soon learned they had to cross a rickety bridge one-by-one, but that wasn’t the only surprise in store.

Once the first seven contestants made it over the bridge, the mysterious Mountain’s Keeper dropped a box, which included an axe and instructions to cut the rope on the bridge, thus forfeiting one player in the game.

After a majority vote, the team decided to vote out Thomas, thus cutting his time in The Summit rather short.

The Summit begins on Tuesday 10th February at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.

I studied medicine in Brighton and qualified as a doctor and for the last 2 years been writing blogs. While there are are many excellent blogs devoted to the topics of faith, humanism, atheism, political viewpoints, and wider kinds of rationalism and philosophical doubt, those are not the only focus here.Im going to blog about what ever comes to my mind in a day.
