GB News losses to date grow to £131m as revenue grows

Annual losses fell by 34% to £22m, meaning the broadcaster has now lost £131m for owners Sir Paul Marshall and Legatum Ventures since it launched in 2021. The broadcaster cited growing TV audience share and online page views as it posted revenue growth. However, in recent months, previous online audience growth has gone into reverse. In December, the UK GB News website audience fell 21.3% year on year to 7.3 million users per month. GB News said it reached 3.7 million monthly TV viewers (per BARB) at the end of May 2025 (up 18% year on year) and 547,300 radio listeners (per RAJAR) up 5.6% year on year.
