Dani Coleman is Jennifer Aniston’s personal trainer and head of training at Pvolve, a fitness app with in-person studios. As a former dancer, Coleman is well-versed in the benefits of regular exercise, and she does a mix of strength, cardio and mobility work, typically in the morning. Her workouts range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the type of workout and her schedule. “Above all, I prioritize consistency over intensity,” she says.
