Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos opened up about how their sleeping arrangements are a form of “birth control.” During the April 28 episode of Live with Kelly and Mark, the co-hosts chatted about the aids and apparatuses needed for sleep in their 50s. “I recently started using one of those long body pillows,” Mark, 55, revealed to guest Emily Blunt. During the February 4 episode of LIVE with Kelly & Mark, the host revealed that he’s had a missing tooth for almost five decades. The star lost his gnasher after he smashed his face into an obstacle course in the fourth grade – an incident he described as “very traumatic”. “There was a certain time that I had to have an implant – because it was just done – I had enough trauma,” he shared, adding that he had to put a cap on it for several years. Mark Consuelos revealed that he’s not particularly fond of a cosmetic treatment his wife, Kelly Ripa, undergoes. The talk show host gets masseter botox to relieve her jaw tension and stop her grinding her teeth at night. The topic arose during a recent episode of LIVE with Kelly and Mark, where the couple were joined by Criminal Minds actor Adam Rodriguez.
