Just in time for the FIFA World Cup, Hot Pilates founder Shannon Nadj is giving her celebrity-loved workouts a sporty summer makeover with soccer-inspired classes. Think: stability balls standing in for soccer balls, plenty of lower-body work, and exercises designed to have clients feeling more like athletes than ever.
